1.How to apply:
Applicants please download the from this website, and e-mail it to the International
Exchange Centre of Beijing Institute of Education at
bie@bjedu.gov.cn when you finish it. Tourists who are travelling in China
and want to learn Chinese language please come to BIE directly.
Materials need to be prepared for your registration:
1) A completed “Application Form”
2) The photocopy of your passport and visa
3) The photocopy of your highest qualification and school report card (copy)
4) Information about the person in charge of your affairs in China (name, occupation,
address and telephone number)
5) Please give us your “Transferring Card” if you just finish your study in another
college or university in China.
6) 2 two-inch pictures (with the background of light blue)
7) 410 RMB Yuan for tuition (which can be through the person who is in charge of
your affairs in China or bank)
2．If matriculated :
If you are accepted, the International Exchange Centre of BIE will send you the
“letter of acceptance” and “JW202 form”. And you need to get a “Health record” before
or after your arrival (only for X visa).
Students should get enrolled before the date on the “letter of acceptance”. Before
your arrival, you may get your visa in local Chinese embassy with materials like
your passport, “letter of acceptance”, “JW202 form”, and “health record”. And the
above materials are also wanted in BIE. Students with X visa please get your resident
permit in China within 30 days after your arrival. For students from Taiwan, Macao
and Hong Kong, please get an effectual certificate as required.
