适应与联接 -- 成长型思维的养成

学员将会了解到自己的沟通偏好；学会如何认可和欣赏人与人之间的差异，如何自我调节，以便于更好地与他人沟通。

本期研修内容基于卡尔·荣格学术研究贡献，意在帮助学员更清晰认识自我，摆脱固有思维模式，培养成长型思维。

注：卡尔·荣格，瑞士著名精神分析专家，分析心理学的创始人，佛洛依德早期学生之一。

有效的沟通

我们会学习如何清晰并有效地表述个人观点。通过基于神经科学与人类行为学的学习理论，学习如何在2分钟以内，组织思想与话术，就任一主题，清晰地表达自己的观点。

同时，我们将了解到肢体语言在有效沟通中的重要作用：如何通过形体展现自信，博得尊敬，准确传递听众期待的信息。

管理VS领导

与

领导力的黄金准则--真诚领导力

学员将了解领导力基本因素，以及从管理者到领导者所面临的各种挑战。同时，课堂中呈现的多种领导模式将启发学员思考自己想成为哪一种领导。

学员将会从真诚入手探索领导力，以及真诚领导力带来的利益。

讲师会借助自己于加拿大政府的多年工作经历，和学员们分享其中富有价值的典型案例。

Adapting and Connecting – Developing a Growth

Mindset

Participants will learn about their communication preferences, how to recognize and appreciate the differences of others and how to adapt their behavior to interact more effectively with others.  Based on the work of Carl Jung, this workshop will provide insights into your personality and help with the development of a growth mindset.

Effective and Persuasive Communication

Participants will learn how to effectively and persuasively make their point. They will be introduced to a methodology based on neuroscience and human behaviour that demonstrates how to organize thoughts and present information clearly in 2-minutes or less, no matter how complicated the topic.  They also learn physical skills that translate into high impact presentations and get direct and meaningful advice and tools on how to appear confident, command respect, and give your audience the information they need.

Management vs Leadership and the role of Authenticity

Participants will learn about the fundamentals of leadership and the challenges of moving from a manager to a leader.  They will be presented with different models of leadership and challenged to think about what kind of leader they want to be.  Participants will also be provided with an introduction on authentic leadership and the benefits of this approach.  Using real world examples from a long career as an executive in the Canadian Government, the instructor will share stories and experience with participants.
